The apartment has a corner location of the main apartment building with a private balcony and is a first floor apartment. It is a brand new two bedroomed apartment
One double bed, two single beds, fully fitted kitchen and utility room (fridge/freezer, integrated oven/hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, all cutlery/crockery etc), shower over bath, large living room with dining table/chairs
There are two swimming pools, one right by the apartment, the other a few minutes walk away - both of these are free to residents/guests
Property General Information
There are three top class golfing clubs - Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor - all within 10 minutes of the apartment (with a further two most recently opened in 2003!). All the prices for use of the clubs are much cheaper than the english equivalent - living by The Belfry the comparison is easy - Villamartin offers the best of climate and the very best of quality golf for greater value for money!
La Zenia beach is the nearest beach, being a short 10 minute car journey away - and in my opinion one of the nicest beaches along the coastline (although don't take my word for it; cruise along the coast at your leisure to enjoy the numerous beaches along the Costa.
Most of the beaches provide watersports activities - La Zenia has jet skiis for the adrenaline junkies amongst you - safe snorkelling and the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are applied to all beaches.
Horseriding, tennis, bike hire and much more await you - you will find a Guest Book full of places to go/things to do waiting for you at the apartment!
And for the evening!!! a 10 minute stroll will bring you to Villamartin complex with its open air courtyard - dine under the palm trees listening to live music - great quality restaurants for all tastes, bars catering for all entertainment. An ideal end for the day for the
family / yourself.
