Annual Multi-Trip Policy
This type of policy covers you for any number of trips, provided that each trip starts and ends in the UK and each trip is less than 45 days (90 days for business trips). This policy is valid world-wide and up to 17 days winter sports cover is automatically included.
 
Annual Winter Sports Cover
Please be aware that the Annual Multi-Trip Policy automatically includes up to 17 days Winter Sports cover, but piste closure cover is excluded in the UK and Bulgaria at all times and piste cover is also excluded for all countries outside of the period 1st November to 31st March.
If you need more than 17 days Winter Sports cover, please choose the Single Trip Policy.
 
 
Baggage Cover
You can choose whether you want to include baggage cover. Some home contents insurance policies cover your baggage whilst you are travelling. If you know that yours does, or if you do not require any baggage cover, you can save money by excluding it from this policy. If in doubt, check the details of your home contents insurance carefully before excluding baggage cover from this policy.
 
 
Cancellation or curtailment
Unused travel and accommodation if you have to cancel or cut short your holiday. For full details please review the full policy wording.
 
Card Issue Number
Some types of card require an issue number. Please enter it here, if required.
 
Card Number
Please enter the number of your credit card (this is usually a long number printed across the middle of the card).
 
Card Type
Please select the type of card from the drop down list. We are sorry, but we cannot currently accept debit or switch cards.
 
Cardholder's Name

Contact Phone Number & e-Mail
Please give us a contact phone number and, if you have one, an e-mail address so that, if we need to contact you with a query about your application, we are able to do so. It is not compulsory to supply these details, but it will help us to sort out any problems that may occur quickly.
 
 
Delayed baggage

How long for?
This is optional if you just want a quote for an annual policy.

For single trip policies, or if you want to compare single-trip with annual, please tell us when your next trip ends, either by telling us the date that you arrive back home or the number of days you will be away.

Remember to include both the day of outward travel and the day of return travel (typically a 7-night holiday will need 8 days of cover and a 14 night holiday, 15 days).
 
How many people need cover & how old are they?
Please tell us the number of people who will be travelling in your party in each age group, including yourself (e.g. number of children aged 2-15, number of adults aged 16-64 etc). It is the age of each person today that is important.

In some cases, infants and children go free, but please still include them. We will work out the price taking into account these special offers.

Policy Start Date
Please enter the date on which you wish the policy to start. This is the date on which you wish to travel if you are applying for single trip insurance. If you are applying for an annual multi trip policy, and you already have an existing one, the start date may be the expiry date of your existing policy.
 
 
Postcode
Please enter the postcode of your correspondence address, which must be in the UK. If you do not know your postcode, please  use the Royal Mail's postcode finder service
 
 
Reference
If you know it, please enter the reference code. If not, please leave blank. The reference code is usually printed on our advertisements underneath or next to our website address.
 
Return Date or Duration
If you want a single trip quotation, please either tell us when you are coming back or how long you are going for (duration of travel in days). You do not need to enter anything here if you want just an annual quote, but if you do enter something, we will give you both an annual quote and a single trip quote so that you can compare costs. If you enter a duration, remember to include both the day of travel and the day of return.

For example, a 7 day holiday normally requires 8 days of cover; a 14 day holiday normal requires 15 days of cover.
 
 
Single-Trip Policy
This type of policy covers a single trip or holiday and only provides cover for the specified zones that you are visiting. Your trip must start and end in the UK.
 
Ski hire
Up to £20 a day replacement equipment hire if yours does not arrive.
 
Ski pass
Covers loss or theft of your ski pass.
 
 
Start Date
Please enter the month and year of the start date of your card (eg. 02/99).
 
Surname
Please enter surname.
 
 
Title
Please select a title (eg. Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms). This information is used if we need to write to you.
 
What optional extras do you require?
If you require winter sports cover for a single-trip quote, please tell us. .
Note that up to 17 days winter sports cover is automatically included with our annual policies, so the answer to this question will not make any difference to the price quoted for annual cover. It will, however, affect the price quoted for single-trip cover.
 
When are you going?
Please tell us when you want the policy to start. For single trip policies, this should be the date you wish to travel. If you want a quote for both annual and single trip, use the start date of your next trip.
 
Where are you going?
Please tell us which zones you need cover for. If you will visit countries in more than one zone, select the highest zone.
Zone 1 includes England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland but EXCLUDES the Republic of Ireland.

Zone 2 includes all of Europe, including countries formerly in the USSR that are west of the Ural Mountains, plus islands in the Mediterranean, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Turkey, the Canary Islands, Madeira and the Azores.

Zone 3 includes all other countries, except those listed below in Zone 4.

Zone 4 includes the USA & Canada, plus all islands in the Caribbean, Alaska and Hawaii.

Winter Sports
If you plan to go skiing you should include winter sports cover. This means you will be covered in case of a medical emergency. Your equipment is also covered (up to £750) and we may compensate you if you cannot ski because of piste closure.
